Phnom Penh: The former famous actress from the 90s, Ms. Chan Tera, has passed away from an old age disease. She was one of the veterans who emigrated to another country and whenever she had the opportunity to visit Cambodia, she was always excited to meet her old fellow artists, especially the females. Despite many adversities in life and building a reputation on the arts scene, she still had good relationships with everyone.
