Phnom Penh: His Excellency Hun Sen, former Prime Minister, president of the Senate, and president of the Cambodian People’s Party, has extended his forgiveness to Mr. Hai Vanna and hopes that others who have defected from clandestine groups will join in nation-building. His Excellency Hun Sen’s forgiveness comes after Mr. Hai Vanna admitted his mistakes and apologized to His Excellency and the leaders of the government for his past wrongdoings.
