Mr. Vorasine, a senior official at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, has informed that after meeting and discussing with the volunteer youth group, they will need to carry out a self-assessment exercise. After the youth group confirms their willingness, they will be provided with necessary training on leadership and organizational skills. It is certain that the leader of the youth group must become a role model for their peers (especially young women).
Focusing on the youth group’s confirmation of their willingness, the training will take place at the Ministry’s headquarters, where a series of video clips will be sent to the volunteers in the province to follow the program accordingly.
